These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of besteiptv.net and the IPTV subscription services provided by BESTE IPTV ("BESTE IPTV", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or service.
1. Definitions
- "Service" means the IPTV streaming access provided by BESTE IPTV.
- "Subscriber", "you", "your" means the individual who orders or uses the Service.
- "Order" means a subscription request submitted via WhatsApp or the website.
- "Content" means channels, video-on-demand, and other material made accessible through the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our Service. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts & Orders
Orders are placed via WhatsApp or through our website order form. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and order information, and for keeping your access credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs using your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
BESTE IPTV subscriptions are prepaid and available for fixed terms, typically 3, 6, 12, or 24 months, and for 1 to 4 screens depending on the plan selected. Orders are confirmed and paid for via WhatsApp; we do not automatically charge any recurring payment method.
Prices are as quoted at the time of order and may change for future orders without affecting subscriptions already purchased.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase under our Refund Policy. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or share your access beyond the number of screens included in your plan
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with the Service's technical infrastructure
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable local laws
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or redistribute Content available through the Service
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.
7. IPTV Content Disclaimer
BESTE IPTV does not own, host, produce, or broadcast any television channel or content. We provide technical access to streams supplied by independent third parties. Availability, quality, and legality of specific channels may vary by region and are outside our control. See our Disclaimer for more information.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and content displayed on besteiptv.net, other than third-party channel content, are the property of BESTE IPTV or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Applications
Our Service may be accessed using third-party player applications (such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, or Smart STB) that are developed and maintained independently of BESTE IPTV. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or application and are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BESTE IPTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or interrupted access, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. You may stop using the Service at any time by simply not renewing your subscription.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your local jurisdiction.
